Banner Issue:
I've checked the image size and the forum SHOULD be flush with the logo. I don't understand why it's short both length and width wise. I've run all over the place trying to find a way to fix the issue. Yes, I HAVE tried centering it AND changing the width of the forum. It doesn't change.

Smangii Tables:
I admit, I'm addicted to these things. None of the forums I create can function without them. I tried putting them back in, but only partials of the header images come in on the right side.

If by smangii tables you mean side tables, there's now a plugin for that! Actually I believe there's two, but this is the one I use for my forum. Plugins are pretty easy to install. And once you have them installed, instead of messing around with the code, there are simple fields to fill in with all the info you need (in this case that would be things like spacing between the tables, content, title, etc) And if you need help downloading and importing plugins to your forum, there's a guide here.

As for your banner problem, I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean by having it be flush with the forum, so I can't give any advice there, sorry.

Alright, I got the banners how I want them, but how on earth do you get them next to the forum? They're off to the side like the boards have a disease. What the heck? And yes, I've messed with the spacing and even have it down to 0. They're not moving. O.o

Nevermind. It's all figured out. Thanks for your help! An admin can delete this thread or move it to the archives whenever they have the chance! ^^
