[Request] for Forum Rules

Would like to see a plugin to force reading of Forum Rules.

Input fields would include:

1) Enter amount of days that all members (admins excluded) are forced to read Forum Rules.

2) Enter URL link to Forum Rules.

3) Enter member names that are exempt from reading Forum Rules.

Nice plugin but don't want the members to read the rules everytime they want to reply.

Having said tho, I'd really like the members to read the rules once in a while so they can see if any changes have been made.

Decided to go with your recommended link and now have it up and running. I must say, works like a charm!
