On private forum, don't show Guest totals in info

Scenario: If a forum is locked (member access only), Guests cannot access the pages- so it stands to reason that having Guest totals in the info box is kinda pointless.

I found the code piece to delete that removes it, but just as a thought it might be helpful for nubes like me if it was a toggle in settings. Perhaps make it a sub-toggle where you can select board is private.

I can make a note in our to-do list to add something like this.

This needs to be reviewed. It could be a while before it's added. If we like it, look for it in one of our updates after launch.
