ProBoards+ applies only to one forum

According to the little PB+ graphic it should apply to all forums (associated with the account, I assume), yet it would seem that while the badge goes to the username it's bought for, and all accounts on the forum get the ad-free, only one forum is affected.
This also seems to be the case when checking Transactions and Subscriptions on the PB Accounts pages.

Any chance of a little clarification there?

Hi pawl,

When you have ProBoards+ you should receive ad-free on your account, and subsequently, all the accounts linked to your global account (on other forums). Could you link to the forum where one person has PB+ and the entire forum is ad-free? Are you not receiving ad-free on a different forum linked to your global account?

The PB+ was bought from this forum, as you can see in my profile, and I also get the ad-free on the secondary account I have here. The other linked forums are http:/warpstorms.proboards.com/ and the betazone forums pawltemp.freemessageboards.com/ and pawltest.freemessageboards.com/

Not sure if betazone forums count, but the warpstorms link definitely still displays ads. The badge don't show there (which I expected), but the ads still do.


All accounts are definitely linked, and there's one or two other forums I haven't checked (all betazone), but the PB+ benefits definitely only show here. =/

That's what should trigger it checking your PB+

Yes, you do. It applies the PB+ when you login, because that's the only time it checks at the global level whether or not you have it.
