This may or may not be the correct board but lets try: I want to add from my computer different font styles to the font selection menus that are in the visual editor. Georgia, serif "Palatino Linotype", "Book Antiqua", Palatino, serif "Times New Roman", Times, serif Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif Arial Black, Gadget, sans-serif "Comic Sans MS", cursive, sans-serif Impact, Charcoal, sans-serif Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif "Trebuchet MS", Helvetica, sans-serif Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif "Courier New", Courier, monospace "Lucida Console", Monaco, monospace Add my own style fonts here

Is there a plug in that is required to do so or is there code available to make this happen.? Any help and or guidance would be appreciated.

You don't need a plugin to do this (and plugins don't work in the admin panel anyway): you can simply type in the font styles you want. Obviously the fonts still need to be available (as system defaults or as a web font you've added) and you should provide suitable fallback fonts.
