Doubled Search box in Search result page (posts)

2) What happened, in detail?
In Search Results page it happens that 2 'Search boxes' are displayed (instead of 1, as it luckily still happens if results are displayed as threads).
That happens with every theme (also with a brand new default theme, then deleted, created to check if there was something wrong with themes I had previously created).
It happens only if results are displayed as posts.
Also, this happens searching as members as well as searching as guests (but for guests, furthermore, it seems that this icon images.proboards.com/v5/images/icon-search-filters.png here is missing! Btw: this icon doesn't shows up for guests neither if results are displayed as threads...).
Plugins checked: it seems they're not guilty.
3) What do you think should have happened instead?
Only 1 (complete) 'Search box' should have been displayed.
4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview?
Yes
5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using?
Firefox 10.0.2; OS X 10.6.8

The double search bar is confirmed and reported.

The lack of the 'Search' icon however, appears to be a result of a template modification on your forum.
