& nbsp; in Code

I am genuinely unsure if this is deliberate or a bug, but when posting   in code tags, they add the spaces they should, rather than show the characters.

I figured, it's part of a code, you're putting it in a code tag, it shouldn't do it.. right?
if this has been done intentionally, could you PLEASE change it?

I see no reason why &nbsp should not display as text inside code tags. I've made a note for the devs to correct this.
