Change Shoutbox time stamp text

Need to make the text of the time stamps for Shoutbox posts smaller, where can I do this?

Add this to the bottom of your CSS:  .abbr.time, .last-edited {font-size: 8px;}
Edit the red part to whatever you want.

RADesign thank you very much for trying to help, but it didn't work. Ended up just redoing the entire OLD theme, starting from scratch. Everything should work better in it now. Thanks.
