I have a couple of persistent types who just change their IP address and repost. I do not want to enforce registration for posting as I wish to make it easy for interested browsers to post.
It would be useful to be able to ban a range of IP addresses to deal with banned posters just changing their address within their ISP's range
Cheers

Greetings,
Banning the range of IPs available to them means banning any other users on the same ISP. In V5, a ban is easy to place, so if they refresh their IP, you can re-ban them in seconds, compared to the few minutes it takes them to refresh their IP.
