Thread Description?

I'd like to see Thread Description's that are visible underneath the subject while browsing boards. On other sites I see it used to tag members, describe what the threads about or just for random things.

Basically it would look something like this.

Bob, Mary, Sue, Joe, John.

Random thread with no description
------------------------------------
CUTE PUPPIES!
Anyone who loves cute puppies!
------------------------------------
OMG!!!!1!!
Random Burger place is epic!

Lets Beg PROBOARDS!
We want Thread Descriptions, lol.

This can be accomplished with a plugin or template mod.

Sorry but we won't be adding this feature at this time.
