As an Admin I used to find searching members by letter was so easy on v4, now I have to guess on which page they are on. Is it possible to have the old search again on v5 or something like it?

There already is a search in v5. Its at the top right of the members list. You just type in the first letter of a person's name and all people with that letter will appear, you can narrow your search by typing more letters into the search box.
