Include Category in Navtree?

That example is fine but it illustrates that you can't see the category in the nav-tree All three of our IC location categories have an Accommodation board so you can't tell where the thread is (if you come from recent threads/posts/direct link) because the Category isn't shown in the navtree.

You have to hoover over the 'Solaria Weyr' and see what's in bold (and of course this doesn;t work on the nav-tree I added at the bottom of the page)

It'd be really useful if the Category name took the place of 'Solaria Weyr' or at least was included in the navtree.

The navtree was designed to work at smaller resolutions. What does and doesn't display was a topic of debate for quite a while. However we are very confident that we reached a proper structure for it. Sorry but we won't be changing what displays and where.

A bit of logic to go with it, the name of the forum is shown so that you can jump home (not every forum has a home button). Home is also the farthest out, so hovering over it you can reach anywhere else on the forum. If we replaced that you would lose your forum jump ability. Anytime you can't see a place in the navtree itself you can back out a level or more and then use the higher point to find where you are or where other places are. Places where you are located are bolded as you navigate the tree. So if something isn't displaying you can hover and follow the bold.

Like I said, sorry but this won't change. The home button is the most important part of the tree.

It could still be the home button but the name could be the category name (I can see how that might get confusing for some)

I guess with the two different board naming things now I could possible change one of them to like 'Solaria Acc' rather than just 'Accommodation' to prevent confusion.. but I'm not sure where else that would change.
