Plugin for a Nav Bar like the following

I kinda asked Shorty about this in his drop down nav plugin but I didn't go into much detail about it.  Currently I'm holding out on updating a board of mine because I can't find a way to get a similar nav bar to what we currently have in place.  A demo of the nav bar code I use can be found here so my request is a way to replace the current nav bar with that one or if someone knows a way to get a drop down for the drop down like that haha.  I don't personally care for the arrows it uses for that myself and I don't use them on my current nav bar so I wouldn't worry about that just that if you hover over that there can be another drop down.  I hope this made sense sometimes I feel like I over complicate things haha.   Any help would be appreciated!

I'm trying to think of how i can add this to my plugin because I'm sure you aren't the only one that wants it.
