I have to pay to add more plugins?

If this is true then I'm done with proboards for good. Bad enough to I have to remake everything I did for countless hours in the new version, but I refuse to pay for anything. So, is it true? Are we going to have to pay to add more great things to our sites to make them different? Because I got a button that showed up: Purchase Plugin Space.

(I could be overreacting but I'm super stressed about the move)

if you go to admin > upgrade > file storage
you will see everything stored on your forum. Now about that button thats a suggestion now if you already used up all 40 plugin spaces, 10 keys and 2 super keys you can go and order more so you have can have more space.

here is an example of what it would you see when you enter that area "You can purchase additional storage space if you need it or manage your existing space." its a preference or reminder to keep your eye out.
