Sidebar Container Scoller

Possibly not a plugin - but I couldn't figure out where else to ask about this. Has a code been made for a sidebar container box to have a vertical scroll bar? I'd love to display some information that without a scroller would pretty much at some point take up the full site size. So a scroller within the sidebar container box would be ideal. I did ask on the V5 General Discussion board, but in case there isn't a code already, figured I'd ask here, thanks.

Not bumping, but found this code, could it work within my sidebar container box?

Tested it on my test site, keep forgetting I have that and it works, yay!
