Header and Footer Problem

I created a pro board for our baseball league. I created a "side box" so to say for the league standings. However when I entered the team names and record it is no longer centered or one team per line. I am not good at computer programing and can not figure out how to fix the problem. All I am asking for is to be able to make the letters a little bigger and to have one team and their record per line. Im sure it is a simple fix but I can't figue it out.
