To anchor a thread means that no matter how many replies the topic gets, it will continue to fall when other topics are made/updated. I've seen this on some boards that I post on and I would like that feature for my forum. It's a proboards forum of course. I'm not using proboards v5. I just started a forum and I'm working on customizing it to my own liking before I make it public and open up registration to everybody. Here's one example of an anchor sign.

Not going to be accurately possible. the PB servers would put the thread out at the top of the lisitng, and a code could push it back down to the bottom, but it wouldnt be able to fetch any thread listings from page 2 or anything.
