Browser: Chrome When I quote someone into the visual editor and I accidentally backspace too much in the text field, it goes into the quote field and I can't get back out. Clicking in the text field doesn't do anything. Even if I then flip to the BBCCode tab, then back to the Visual editor I still can't get out of the quote bubble.

When you backspace too much, you remove the line break after the quote. Simply hit enter once and you'll end up outside of the quote.

Even if you go outside the quote tags in the BBCode Editor? I think you may be adding a space in front of the tag, this is causing the issue.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, you wanted me to hit enter when I'm in the BBCode tab. You didn't say THAT, haha. Yeah, if I do that, then go into Visual and click in the text field it works. But why should I have to do that, eh?

I would be happy to make this a bug if:
1. There was a way to prevent users from backspacing too much. We still want people to be able to edit quoted text (so that they're able to parse down a quote) and delete a quote from inside the post page. 2. The issue was more widespread (in terms of number of user complaints). 3. I had a viable alternative solution.
I have encountered this myself in the past, but I was pretty quick to figure it out. If I report this as a bug, the devs will come back and ask me how it should be done, or inform me that they were unable to find a problem with the code.

Fair enough.
Though I just wonder if it's one of the reasons we have people posting inside of the quotes.

I saw a few people do this just post-conversion, but haven't noticed it in a while. If you can give me a few recent instances I'll bring it up during our Support meetings.
