I currently frequent three v.5 Proboard sites, all with a sidebar. Up until about three frustrating hours ago, they worked fine. Said three hours ago, the sidebar suddenly stopped loading. MY friend had the same issue the day before, and updating Adobe flash fixed the issue. I updated Adobe. Nothing. I deleted and reinstalled Adobe. Nothing. Uninstalled Java, Flash, and Adobe reader and reinstalled all of the latest versions. I even went as far as to uninstall my firefox browser and reinstalled in, but the problem still persists! I can't think of anything else that could possibly be the issue. I also was unable to make the account for support forms. I had to have my friend make the account FOR me so I could report these issues. In the attached file, you'll also see that when making a post, the buttons for editing the text such as color, size, bold, italics, etc, are all missing. Is this a problem with the sites themselves or is there something unseen on my end? I need help, those sidebars are important for the site format, as they contain a formerly working chat plugin[It is now missing with the entirety of the sidebar] and hotlinks to navigate the site. Hello? I'm just bumping the thread so someone can see it. The issue is still persisting after 5 hours.

Hi, nalyaeternal. The buttons disappearing is most likely due to one of your plugins. I personally still see the buttons on Firefox when viewing your forum. The sidebar is also currently visible for me.

No matter what I did, the bars wouldn't work. I reinstalled all of my plugins and even firefox. That wasn't the only issue I was having, however, and after my computer's memory became full while IDLE, I decided to put it to factory reset. After reinstalling everything, it seems to be functioning now and it may very well have been a virus that I couldn't detect using Norton or MalwareBytes.

Sorry you had to reformat your computer. I've had to do so several times in the past due to my own malware issues as well. Glad to hear it's working though. Very odd that it could've been hindered by that.
