Limit Karma Editing not allowing staff

I am using this code to prevent users from editing their own karma. It works fine except that it won't allow me to edit my or other user's karma despite being listed as allowed.

Can anybody help?

Try this one. Could be the code got messed up when Proboards converted to V5.
