New Member Name Not Coming Up in Email

I run a forum where I require members to respond to an email from me once they register in order to prove they are real. It is a process that has gone very well until the past couple days.

I have had numerous new members register yet I cannot pull up their names on the 'Select Recipients' portion of the 'Email Members' tab. Since V5 hides emails, the only way I can contact members is by using their username.

All current member names still come up as I type them in, but no new members over the past few days have. I even created a new username for myself under a different email to try it out and the same issue occurred.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to fix it?

This is due to an ongoing bug with the search system. A new updated system will be going into place early next week, and this should resolve your issues.

It is also worth noting that this is only a temporary bug, the system takes time to index new members. As I said above, it will be resolved soon.
