Here is my test site. In the headers, that little statistics code (that is currently sitting right beneath the banner and messing with the border-around-forum code) is located within the static sidetable there, where I want it to be. I can't seem to get any sort of stats table to work in that space, between the two dashes, and would really appreciate a hand. I need five categories, with three different number columns ( one for male, one for female, and one for total). If someone could let me know what I've done wrong, that would be greatly appreciated.

I went through your coding and the border around the forum code has to go and it isn't even necessary since you had some div tags that could do the same job with a ton less coding. In the border code you had it set so the banner was within the code but it looks like it isn't. I'm assuming you do want it within the border but if not, that is an easy change.
Also in IE, a fixed position for your side panel, doesn't work without some special css. As it is, it pushes your forum below the side table. I can paste your whole headers here with the fixes but I wanted to make sure it was o.k. since you have a very custom top table that I bet you worked hard on. If you prefer I can pm it to you. I would just tell you what to do, but it is time consuming to type all the things to move and switch around. This seems easiest just to give you the whole thing.
Either way, the one thing I want you to do is to save your global headers to notepad just to be on the safe side.
Let me know if I should paste it here or via a pm.

The border around forum code was working perfectly until I put the stats code in the sidetable. If I were to remove it, the banner would go back to being inside of the border--which is what I want. It looks like this (which is the v1 version of the site), but gets all weird as soon as I put the stats table within the sidetable. If you could PM it to me, that would be wonderful. I super appreciate your help. c:

I sent you a pm. Any questions, post here. As I mentioned in my pm, I'm a little confused if you wanted your banner within the border. But we can fix it if you don't and anything else that needs tweeked.

I do want it in the border, yes. If you look at the site again, something's gone really wrong though. The PM bar and navigation were pushed above the banner, and it looks almost as though the banner has a small 1px border or something? Let me know, thanks for the hand! c:

I could of swore you had your menu buttons above your banner because I remember thinking, why have them all the way up there, that is a lot of scrolling. You have to scroll past your big top table and then past your big banner. I assumed that is why you were using the "seperate menu from welcome table" code. So where do you want your menu buttons?
As for the pm bar, I believe you had it below your banner but above your top table, correct? Not sure why it is up where it is but if you move the "seperate menu from welcome table" (this code: /* Separate Menu From Welcome Table */ ) code just above the border I think that will fix it.
So move it above this:
<div style="text-align: center;"> <div style="width: 930px; margin: auto; background-color: #261411; padding: 8px 0px 8px 0px;">
If you totally remove that "seperate menu bar from welcome table" code that will put your menu below the banner and then your pm bar would be right below the menu bar.
But if that isn't where you want your menu bar, please let me know where you want it. Thanks.

Nope, I don't think that was me! c: Most coding is my my other site (the one I linked to) where the menu is on the bottom, as well. Removing that code worked wonders, and it looks practically perfect now, thank you so much!
One last question; is there a way to change the div to make it higher up, in a way? It's spacing (in relation to the board) is equal on each side, but thins out at the top. Is there any way to change this?
Again, thank you so much. You're a lifesaver!
EDIT: Also, sorry, but with my other site example, the PM bar is above the menu. By shifting codes around, can I achieve this as well? If not, it's not a huge problem. C:

Well, hmm, I guess I must of confused you with someone else. I've been busy as I seem to be the lone ranger <<old saying)) helping here in coding support, lately. Regarding the menu bar, that must be why you had the menu seperater code, so I put it back in and tried different positions and nothing worked so far, I even tried a totally different code for seperating the menu from the banner/welcome table and no luck. But I'm tired so may not have my thinking cap on anymore. You are welcome to play with it yourself. There is a code the lets you put the menu bar anywhere located here in case your interested. I have no idea what you mean about the div thinning out at the top. Which div and not sure how a div can thin out. It is a square/rectangle. Confused.

Haha, not that old--I've heard it plenty, trust me! And seriously, thanks a ton for helping me. Without support, I'd be restricted to layouts that... quite frankly, suck.
And, when I look at the site, the border (the div we subbed in for the border-around forum) just thins out a bit at the top. It's fine though, honestly. Not a biggie. I think I'm good to go!

I'm still not sure what you mean by thinning but maybe you mean how much of the border shows around the edges, specifically the top? If that is what you meant, play around with the padding.
<div style="text-align: center;"> <div style="width: 920px; margin: auto; background-color: #261411; padding: 8px 0px 8px 0px;">
The blue is for the top, the next 0px is for the right, the 8px is for the bottom and then the last number, 0px is for the left. Just goes counter clockwise starting at the top or 12 O'clock.
