Re-order custom images

It would be nice if, to keep things that bit tidier and easier to find in custom images, if we could re-order them using the drag method we see everywhere else.
Personally, I would love to be able to keep certain things together, either gradients with gradients, or go from top to bottom for the forum (header images first, footer images last).

I can make a note in our to-do list to add something like this.

This needs to be reviewed. It could be a while before it's added. If we like it, look for it in one of our updates after launch.
