Avatar Size will not stop reverting to 65 x 65

i was just in support and was told by an admin to come here.. i am already using so cal's "increase avatar size" code and it is still not working :C

Problem With: avatars

Problem:
i don't know what i'm doing wrong. i have used different avatar
resizing codes to change it and no matter what i do the avatar will not
change ;-; i'm wanting it to be w: 120 by h: 180. even when i change the
size limits to something bigger than that, it will NOT stop changing
it. i have gone to my profile and removed the 65's, and saved. didn't
work. went back and changed them to 120 x 180 and saved. didn't work
again. made the dimensions bigger than that and it still didn't work.

The code you are using and any other codes you tried are just increasing the size limit and not increasing the actual size of the avatar. In other words, if you put in a 100x100 avatar, the code won't change it to 120x180. It'll be just 100x100. Perhaps you know that and since your site isn't open to guests, I couldn't verify that what size avatar you are using.

By the way, you have two switch it codes apparently doing the same thing? If they are altering the same thing, you need to remove one of them. If they aren't then nevermind but having two codes trying to do the same thing can cause issues.
