Highlighting users that have not signed in a defined period

I am asking to see of there is a code or snippet that could do the following,

Highlighting users that have not signed in a defined period. Ie not signed in for 36 hours  turn the " last login " to red.

On my forum darksidedragons.freeforums.net/

and then list them in the side bar ,


Any help on this , would be greatly appreciated ..

I don't know if they have something specifically like that but I did fin this nifty plug-in that will stalk them if they aren't
