Table Alignment

So, I was helping a friend design her site. And I have a bit of a problem. The site is [here]. The affiliate table at the bottom over to the left. I want it to look like I did on my test site found [here]. I basically want the table to be placed under the boards rather then the side table. I didn't change ANYTHING from one to another. But, why is the main, actual board different?
