Is it possible to make a plugin that will allow members to put code around text to make it appear as a designated image when posted?
For example, if I were to assign a picture to certain names that, when typed like this :Name: would turn into an image, rather than text? A member said they saw this on another board, and in all the searching I've done, I couldn't find anything like this.
Like, if you just type the name JOE, then nothing happens. But if you type JOE with colons before and after :JOE: then it is turned into a picture of Joe when posted. I hope that makes sense.
