Please make Smileys Crosstheme..

Now that I've got my first theme under control.. It's a disappointment that if I make, or use another Theme that a PB member made.... That I have to redo the Smileys from my original Theme.

To make it worse.. If my members choose to use a new theme.. They will see the numbers or letters signifying a Smiley from the original theme.. As it might not be added to a new theme .  Which makes the new theme seem broken or not finished..

And if I do take the time  (Groans)  To re add the custom smileys from my First theme.. The addys will probably be different resulting in the same "can't see old smileys" because I can't remember if I linked or uploaded them...

When you create a new theme copy your existing theme instead of starting with a default one. Then all your smileys will be included. Or even better take the time to create a theme that you will use as your starting point and load all your smileys into that.

It was requested that smileys be different for every theme by members like yourself. That being said there is an idea on our future ideas list that would let you copy smiles from one theme to another. But that will still be a long time until that's added. So try my solution above.

Edit Note: Also don't forget that you can mass upload images. And remember you really aren't going to do this very often either. Sometimes you have to put in the work to earn the reward.
