Proxy Plugin?

Is there anyway to make a plugin, that disallow the use of the sue of proxy to view the forums?

I recently banned this kid. and he used a proxy to access the forum. anyway to disallow this?

Unfortunately, this is an issue with the Internet in general and is the reason why Proboards gives you the option to approve members before they join (Admin > Settings > Forum Tab > Registration Settings > Restrict Registration > yes). This is what I would recommend if someone continues to use a proxy to access your site.

Just be sure to ban them by email address as well so they have to at least create a new email each time.
