2) What happened, in detail?
This happened on our board, so I thought I would try it here too.
Started a list in BBCode. I inserted smilies with their typed equivalents. When posted, they didn't parse. Tried the same thing in Visual mode and it worked properly.
3) If you received an error message, what did it say?
No message.
4) What do you think should have happened instead?
Typed smilies should insert the proper smiley.
5) Can you reproduce this on every pageview?
Yes. Two different v5 forums.
6) What browser, version, and operating system are you using?
I use Firefox 19.0.2, Windows 7
Someone else on our site with the same problem used IE 8,Vista Windows 7
7) Please attach a screen shot (JPG or PNG -- not GIF or BMP) if it is relevant.
