Users online in the past 24 hours

Hey there,
I was wondering how to set it so the users online in the past 24 hours is visible on the forum?  On this site of mine it shows up:

livingnightmare.boards.net/

But on my other site it doesn't: 

unforgivable-curse.proboards.com/

I've made the default skin recently on the second site, but didnt see the 24 hours thing.  Thanks for the help!
