No notifications for tagged members on private boards

We are not having success tagging other members on a private board.  All the members in question have the permission to use the board. We can post, like, edit on the board. We can tag (it shows in blue) but we do not get notifications for tags. Oddly, we do get notifications for likes from the private board.

Thanks for the information. I was able to replicate this and filed a bug report.

Unfortunately this is the part of the process where patience is required. We prioritize bugs by importance, and while this one is an inconvenience, it doesn't break the forum, or render a feature inoperable. On the upside, this seems like a relatively small and easy to fix bug. Hopefully I'll hear back from the developers soon, and they'll have a fix for this in a week or two.
