Edit: No Patrick that won't work. I don't want staff involved with the working of the board thats why I asked about the leader. The leader isn't a staff member.

Hi Mike,

Group leaders have the same powers as the members that are part of the member group, with the addition that they are able to manage which members are part of the group. You would have to move the group leaders into a new member group if you want them to have more powers than the one they are leaders of.

Keep in mind that members can be part of multiple member groups in v5, so you can have a member be the leader of one member group, while having the powers of another member group on the forum
