Custom Page?

-I thought i would start off by saying that i have made peace with v5 (now that i've started to understand how it works) XD

Though there was something that i wanted to know, just a small thing, and i couldn't find an answer for it when i looked XD
Is there any way to have a custom page that only a particular group can view, like a page for staff viewing only? 
I'm thinking that you can't put it in the whole "{if}" tag things, so would it be done by css? 

EDIT: custom page "Admin > Structure > Custom Page" XD (sorry bout that)

Any help is appreciated, just a small question XD

I was wondering if you meant Custom page as 'like a private board' for only certain members to view? If so
Then all you would have to do was set the permissions to only allow staff.

Like the custom page like, what you can set the page to before the forum, not a board XD (sorry i should have specified that) XD
basically;
Admin > Structure > Custom Page

I don't see anything called Custom Page inside of the admin panel. Are you sure it's called 'Custom Page', and if so. Are you positive it's located in Admin >Structure> Custom Page?

Yea, at the top, when you mouseover the "structure" tab in the admin panel it lists;

Categories and Boards
Headers & Footers
Custom Pages
Layout Templates

Edit: I found it, and from what I see I don't see any option for that. So I'll let the staff get it.

Hi Heno Heno Moheji

Once you have a custom page created, in your admin panel revisit the Structure > Custom Pages area of your admin panel and you should see the custom page you created listed there. In this list you'll notice an "Edit" button to the right of the custom page name; you can use this button to set up the custom page so only certain member groups can access it
