I can't see where a member could click on New Topics or New Posts since their last visit on the new V5.

In the Info Center, on the left side: recent threads, recent posts.

Edit:
To make it more obvious, you could add them to your navigation bar.
Admin > Forum Settings > Navigation

Then add the following for the urls:
/threads/recent
/posts/recent

Ok thank you, my information center is at the bottom of the forum, I wasn't looking around enough.

To be fair it is a stupid place to put them (in the Info Center), but at least they are easy to move/remove =)

You're welcome. Credit where credit due, being PB for allowing alterations such as that to be so easy. =)

If you want/need help removing them from your Info Center, let me know.
It's very simple - no harm in leaving them though.

Excellent idea as its hidden at the bottom. Could someone go through this with me stage by stage (remember I'm a newbee  )  Also can you change the colour of the recent posts and threads so it stands out in the navigation bar?  Cheers.

I've managed to add the recent thread and recent posts in my navigation bar  (thanks)   can I change the text colour in the navigation bar? is it possible to change the colour of individual words in the navigation bar?  Cheers.

I've added recent threads and it works fine. Id is possible to get the forum statistics panel at the bottom?

Individual? Not that i know of, to my knowledge its all together.

on the main page, at the bottom, the panel that shows whos online etc. Is it not possible to show this on the net threads page?
