display issues

Okay so what do i need to do in order to keep my board from underlapping my left side bar if the screen is smaller than mine and when you click the restore down button? My forum is here and I am not quite sure what the issue is or how to fix it, any tips and help is greatly appreciated!

Find your style sheet in your global headers and add the blue:

See if that fixes it.

On a side note, in IE, these images (http://i45.tinypic.com/1zedu86.png) are causing the side bar to stretch. You probably need to put a break after the first two.

Okay that worked, and do you think you could tell me why i have a weird banner in the middle of my skin? It wasnt there a few days ago and now all of a sudden it showed up..
