Is there still talk for this feature to be added?

There is no 'Follow Post' so why would there be talk of an 'Unfollow Post'?

If you are referring to the Participated button then there are numerous threads on this board discussing that. If you mean bookmarks, then you can already unbookmark.

My inclination is that this is already on our list. We plan to add many features to the Participated Dialog, one of them the ability to remove threads from it. I assume you mean thread when you say post, since there are no post specific follow options.

Of course if you mean something entirely different, please feel free to explain further with some details.
