Tables above boards?

Is there a particular reason I can't put my table above the board but under the header stuff? :S I double checked the H/F priorities and it's set to load the board headers after the global/category headers, so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Talked with you over Skype about it and potential resolutions, but just so everyone else knows: This problem arose from the movement of the $[header] variable in the Forum Wrapper. I recommend against moving it as most plugins are dependent on it being in its default position.
