No ´ÁT' symbol on spanish keyboard

Sorry this isn't filled out correctly.
I'm currently travelling and have noticed that the @ symbol can't be written in the quick reply or the thread title (though that may be on purpose)

On the spanish (chilean) keyboard it's ALT-GR + Q

It seems to be ok in the main reply.

OS - Windows 8 x64
Internet explorer 10
Happens on different fórums and here at PBs.

I'm assuming this is a bug because it Works on the main reply page.

Just an added note, I believe this may have been reported, as I have seen multiple threads about issues with the @ symbol on German keyboards.

I hope you're having fun on your trip! This issue has been reported for foreign keyboards as RedBassett noted above. I don't have an ETA on this being resolved however.
