Add Member Profile Public Field?

Hi All,

Is there any code available for V4.5 that I could add a PUBLIC Member notes to please?

I had a member join with a name that was close to a swear word and I rejected his application (it's a 13+ board) and he did the right thing by changing his name, the thing is, he is known by that almost swear word name on a very big forum elsewhere - he put the almost swear word name in his post, I removed it and sent him a polite PM - so I'm trying to give him something he can use to flag his Public member profile info with - at least the almost swear word won't be in peoples face.
