Text in Last Post column

Is it possible to make the text (in particular the title of the thread) in the Last Post column smaller?

Just the title of the thread? You could try adding this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet, changing 10px to your preferred size.

.boards table.list > tbody > tr > td.last > .thread-recent-link { font-size: 10px; }

The title and the member's name if that's possible Brian.

This will change both the last post link and the user's name.

.boards table.list > tbody > tr > td.last > .thread-recent-link,
.boards table.list > tbody > tr > td.last > .user-link { font-size: 10px; }

Alternatively, this will change everything in the column if you so wish.

.boards table.list > tbody > tr > td.last { font-size: 10px; }
