BB Code Displaying in News Feed

2) What happened, in detail? - On load, display of home page, NEWS FEED displays with BB code visible, the following code has been applied to the content, notice the tags are "balanced":


[size=5][b][color=green]   *** WELCOME TO SOUTHERN WA OUTDOORS *** [/color][/b][/size]


3) What do you think should have happened instead? - BB code shouldn't display

4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview? - No - Newsfeed only applies to home page.

5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using? - IE10 - but also occurred on Google Chrome Version 25.0.1364.172 m, FF, Safari.

6) Please attach screen shot - done:

Not all BBCode will display in the newsfeed. Some codes that would cause the newsfeed to break (like making the font too large) won't work.

We actually have a lot more newsfeed features planned for ProBoards v5.x, look for this in the future.

Hi Michael, Thank you for the reply  - I've removed the size tag and it would appear, at the moment anyway, that the News Feed doesn't like the color tag either (shows code) - looking forward to seeing what those new features are!
