2) What happened, in detail? - Appears specific to IE 10 (and maybe previous IE versions) - to attach one or more images you have to click twice to activate attach button. This actually occurs in this forum too.
3) What do you think should have happened instead? - One click only required - consistent with other browsers (Chrome and FF confirmed as one click only required)
4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview? - For those relevant - yes.
5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using? - IE10 - but also occurred on Google Chrome Version 25.0.1364.172 m, FF, Safari.
6) Please attach screen shot - not required.
