Board Moderation Security

Is there a way, which I'm just not finding yet, that requires for posts to a certain board to be administratively approved before they actually post?

We have an RP site which allows to advertisement, but after the last advertisement, we're wanting to require that ads be reviewed before they can be posted.

This is not currently a feature, but you can make a request for it to become a feature on the Feature Requests Board!
