how do you use sortable lists in plugins?

The user sorting the list can re-arrange the list in any way they choose, and you the plugin-creator can access the values which look like the following:

"sortable_list": [
    {"value":"value1","checked":1},
    {"value":"value2","checked":1},
    {"value":"value3","checked":0}
]

So as you can see the hashes are stored in an array in the order set by whoever is using the plugin, so in your code you can access it in the following way:

var sortable_list = proboards.plugin.get('plugin_name').settings.sortable_list;
var s = '';

for(var x = 0; x < sortable_list.length; x++) {
    s += sortable_list[x].value + "," + sortable_list[x].checked + "\n";
}

alert(s);
