I would like to be able to allow a group to password a thread as a personal thread for the user.
Is this possible in the future?
This could be very handy for person to person discussion.

Greetings,
There is already a feature in V5 for "private" boards. Staff with the correct permissions on the board can see all threads, but members can only see threads they create.

No. just a thread not the board. I would like the tread password for two users to communicate without interruption from other users. If the user chooses to let another user to join in he can give that user the password.

Indeed, password threads can be turned into this, as PMing is basically talking to only certain people, with the privacy as you stated, a password thread. |

hello, this can be done by private boards as well. only the staff with permissions, and the topic creator can see topics. The request is to be able to share that info with selected members, which cannot be done with a private board, hence the PM option. |
