Change font size of "Create Thread" , "Reply" Buttons

Hello,
How do you change the font size of the "Create threads", "Reply", etc. Buttons?  I can't seem to find it in the visual editor and I've gone through all the fields, so I must be missing it somewhere.

Did you go to the buttons part?

Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Body (Content) > Containers > Title Bars > Buttons >> Text
