Dont want a member to show as staff in the info center

I found a code here that explains how to do this (see link)

But I dont understand where to put this code text. Dose it go in the main header?  Footer???

Can somebody please explain where I put it and what I edit within it to apply it to a certain member?

There are instructions at the bottom below the code. All codes come with instructions. But it goes in the main footer and you must use the username not display name and you add the names like I did below separated by a | (Didn't check to see if that is your display or username, btw)
