Welcome Letter

I have a private forum that I approve members for...as soon as I approve them id like to send a welcome letter, along with instructions ect....I noticed when I decline a registrant it gives me an option to send an explanation..........is there a way to send a note when I approve a member?

This isn't possible but can always be requested as a feature via the Feature Requests board.
