Error on edit page (Attachments Disabled)

Browser: Opera 12.14

I Currently Have Attachments Disabled!

When I go to a thread/post and click on a post/thread to Edit It!
Because the post has an image attachment added to the post
When I edit the post and click on save changes - I always get the error
You do not have permission to post attachments! - Then it gives the 62.1 error page Opps cannot load forum
It will save the changes when click to save changes on the edit page - But I have to reload the forum again
to escape the 62.1 error page  Because I have Attachments disabled.

When editing a post with attachments (when you have attachments disabled) gives you an error. I was able to reproduce and confirm this. Bug report filed.
